Work safety control

Linder Paints has always adhered to the safety production policy of “Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Management.”

As we all know, business competition is a competition of overall strength, and the healthy development of a company is inseparable from safety management. Efficient safety management and a vibrant safety culture are productivity; they are one of the company’s key success factors. Linder Paints deeply understands the importance of “safety” to a company, and therefore has always attached great importance to safety production and management. From the early stages of its development, Linder Paints began enhancing employees’ safety awareness and safety quality through methods such as slogans, bulletin boards, pamphlets, safety knowledge seminars, etc., making “Safety First” the code of conduct for every employee. To this day, safety culture has become the most important part of Linder Paints’s corporate culture.

“Safety always comes first. If there are safety hazards, we would rather sacrifice production or offend customers than leave the hazards unresolved.” This is Linder Paints’s code of conduct.

So far, Linder Paints has compiled four safety management systems: the safety production responsibility system at all levels, safety production management system, safety production management structure, and job safety operation procedures. It has established and improved systems for identifying and addressing safety hazards and a grading and monitoring system for major dangerous sources. Linder Paints believes that if the company is meticulous in handling the safety production process that consumers cannot see, the Linder Paints products presented to consumers will naturally have higher quality assurance.
