The special formulation and process of this product give it excellent film-forming ability, stability, and adhesion, enhancing the latex paint’s aging resistance, weather resistance, washability, stain resistance, and stability. It completely overcomes common issues on concrete exterior walls such as efflorescence and cracking, ensuring a long-lasting, intact paint finish.

Application Methods: Roller, Brush, Airless Spray

Theoretical Coverage:

■ 12-14 square meters per liter per coat (based on 30 microns dry film thickness).
■ Actual coverage may vary depending on the roughness of the surface and the dilution ratio.

Thinning:

■ For easier application, you can dilute with no more than 20% water by volume according to the actual situation (adjust as needed for application feel).
■ Stir well before use.

Substrate Preparation

Surface Treatment	New wall – Remove surface dust, grease, and loose plaster. Repair any pores promptly to ensure the wall is clean, dry, and even.	Repainting wall – Scrape off unsound old paint film, remove surface dust, chalk, and impurities. Level, sand, clean, and dry thoroughly.
Surface Condition	Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10.	The pre-coated substrate surface must be sound, dry, clean, even, and free from loose material.

Coating System and Number of Coats

Recoating time (based on dry film 30 microns, 25~30°C)

■ Surface drying: 30 minutes ■ Solid drying: 60 minutes ■ Recoating: At least 2 hours apart

Maintenance time

■ 7 days/25°C: low temperature (not lower than 5°C). Extend appropriately for the ideal paint film effect.
Construction conditions
■ Do not work in wet or cold weather (temperature below 5°C, relative humidity greater than 85%). Otherwise, the expected painting effect cannot be achieved.
Wash
■ After pausing and painting in the middle of painting, please wash all utensils with clean water in time.
Storage
■ Closed in a cool and dry place at 0-35°C

■ Open all doors and windows as much as possible before starting operation and use to ensure adequate ventilation conditions in the construction area.
■ If you have allergic skin, please always wear protective equipment during use; If you accidentally get your eyes dirty, rinse immediately with plenty of water; If it accidentally gets on the skin and causes sequential pain or irritation, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
■ Please do not allow children or pets to enter the construction area and place the product out of their reach, if it accidentally contaminates children, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
■ To ensure the best painting effect, effectively separate, cover and shade the area between the wood and the wall. To better maintain the cleanliness of the construction site and avoid chaotic construction operations, please follow the order of applying wood paint first, and then applying latex paint after drying.
