Inorganic coatings

Inorganic coatings are a type of coating that primarily uses inorganic materials as the film-forming substance. They are an abbreviation for all-inorganic mineral coatings and, due to their high-quality performance, are widely used in everyday life areas such as construction and painting.

Inorganic coatings are composed of inorganic polymers and metal, metal oxide nanoparticles, and rare-earth ultrafine powders that have been dispersed and activated. They are inorganic polymer coatings capable of rapidly reacting with iron atoms on steel surfaces, forming an inorganic polymer anti-corrosion layer that provides both physical and chemical protection. This layer firmly bonds with the substrate through chemical bonds, is environmentally friendly, has a long service life, and offers corrosion resistance at an internationally advanced level. It is a high-tech replacement product that meets environmental protection standards.

Product Features:

Construction Conditions

■ Do not carry out construction in humid or cold weather (temperature below 5°C, relative humidity above 85%), otherwise the expected coating effect may not be achieved.

Cleaning

■ In case of a pause during painting or after finishing, promptly wash all tools with clean water.

Storage

■ Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place at 0-35°C.

Safety Precautions

■ Be sure to carefully read the construction instructions on the product packaging before use to achieve a reliable and satisfactory coating effect.
■ Before starting operation and use, open all doors and windows as much as possible to ensure sufficient ventilation in the construction area.
■ If you have sensitive skin, always wear protective equipment during use; if the product accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water; if it comes into contact with the skin and causes pain or irritation, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
■ Keep children and pets away from the construction area and store the product out of their reach. If accidental contact occurs, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
■ To ensure the best coating effect, properly separate, cover, and mask wooden areas and walls. To better maintain the cleanliness of the construction site and avoid chaotic operations, apply wood paint first, and after it dries, proceed with latex paint.
