Waterproof coating

LinDe Waterproofing (Universal Type) K11 is a high-efficiency waterproof material specifically designed for home kitchen and bathroom renovations. The powder is composed of high-quality cement, selected premium quartz sand, and a unique polymer; the additive is a high-efficiency polymer emulsion. When mixed and applied to the substrate, it integrates with the surface and forms branched crystals that are impermeable to water, achieving excellent waterproof performance.

Applicable Scope:

This product can be used for indoor waterproofing of various building structures such as concrete, brick walls, concrete blocks, precast blocks, etc., including such areas as kitchens, bathrooms, interior and exterior walls, balconies, swimming pools, potable water tanks, basements, and underground garages.

Construction Requirements:

1. Substrate treatment: The substrate must b

e flat, solid, clean, and free of standing water. Cracks should be repaired, and corners rounded. Old concrete must be cleaned with a strong industrial detergent or oil remover, rinsed with clean water, dried, and then coated.
2. Primer preparation: Mix liquid:paste:water in a ratio of 1:1.5:0.8 by weight; stir uniformly with an electric mixer before application.
3. Product preparation: Mix liquid:paste in a ratio of 1:1.5 by weight, slowly add the powder to the liquid while running the electric mixer, mix thoroughly, and use immediately.
4. Key points for application: Apply with a roller or trowel using multiple thin layers. Each layer should not be too thick to avoid prolonged drying time. Successive layers should be applied after the previous one has dried. The protective layer should be applied after the final waterproof layer has fully dried (approximately 5-7 days at room temperature).

Precautions:

1. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or in windy, sandy, or rainy conditions.
2. Drying time is slower in humid or poorly ventilated environments, faster in dry conditions.
3. Ensure a clean working environment during application; the mixture should be applied within 2 hours of preparation.
4. Decorative layers must not be applied immediately after the waterproof membrane; the membrane must be completely cured. Drying time is 2 days, and may need to be extended in humid conditions.
5. The protective layer should be applied after the membrane is fully cured and passes inspection.

Storage and Packaging:

1. Store at room temperature no lower than 5°C.
2. Store the powder flat in a dry place.
3. Protect from rain, direct sunlight, and freezing during transport.
4. Avoid compression and impact.
5. Product shelf life: 12 months.
