Theoretical Paint Consumption:

■ 12-14 m²/L per coat (based on a 30-micron dry film thickness).
■ Actual consumption may vary depending on the roughness of the surface and the dilution ratio.

Dilution:

■ For ease of application, use no more than 20% (by volume) water for dilution according to actual conditions (adjust as needed based on application feel);
■ Stir thoroughly before use.

Substrate Preparation

Surface Treatment	New wall – Remove surface dust, grease, and loose plaster. Repair any pores promptly to ensure the wall is clean, dry, and even.	Repainting wall – Scrape off unsound old paint film, remove surface dust, chalk, and impurities. Level, sand, clean, and dry thoroughly.
Surface Condition	Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10.	The pre-coated substrate surface must be sound, dry, clean, even, and free from loose material.

Coating System and Number of Coating Layers

Recoat Time (based on a 30-micron dry film, 25~30℃)

■ Surface Dry: 30 minutes   ■ Hard Dry: 60 minutes   ■ Recoat: Minimum interval of 2 hours

Curing Time

■ 7 days/25℃: In low temperatures (not below 5℃). Extend appropriately to achieve the desired film properties.

Application Conditions

■ Do not apply in humid or cold weather (temperature below 5℃, relative humidity above 85%). Otherwise, the expected coating effect may not be achieved.

Cleaning

■ When pausing in the middle of application or after completing the coating, promptly clean all tools with water.

Storage

■ Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place at 0-35℃.

Safety Precautions

■ Be sure to carefully read the application instructions on the product packaging before use to ensure reliable and satisfactory coating results.
■ Before starting and during use, open all doors and windows to ensure adequate ventilation in the work area.
■ If you have sensitive skin, always wear protective gear; if the product accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water; if it contacts the skin and causes pain or irritation, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical assistance.
■ Keep children and pets away from the work area and store the product out of their reach. If the product comes into contact with a child, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
■ To ensure the best coating results, effectively separate, cover, and mask wooden items and wall areas. To better maintain cleanliness at the worksite and avoid disorganized operations, apply wood paint first, and after it dries, proceed with latex paint.
