Product Description

Linder topcoat is specially designed for textured coatings, especially suitable for indoor and outdoor textured coatings with high requirements for stain resistance and weather resistance. The use of this product not only enhances the self-cleaning and scrubbing resistance of the textured coatings, but also greatly enhances the dust-proofing, water-proofing and weather-resistant capabilities of the textured coatings. It can also make the natural color of the wall remain unchanged through wind and rain.

Construction process

Construction method: spraying, roller coating

Theoretical paint consumption

Total consumption is about (10-12) square meters/kg/one coat (dry film 30 microns).

Depending on the roughness of the actual surface and the dilution ratio, the amount of paint consumed may vary.

Dilution

≤10% water dilution;

Mix well before use.

Recoating time (in terms of dry film 30 microns, 25~30℃)

Surface drying: 10 minutes -Hard drying: 30 minutes -Recoating: ≥2 hours

Substrate Requirements

The base should be solid, level, clean and dry.

Maintenance time

7 days/25℃: low temperature (should not be lower than 5℃) appropriate extension, in order to obtain the ideal paint film effect.

Construction conditions

Please do not construct in wet or cold weather (temperature <5℃, relative temperature >85%), otherwise the expected painting effect cannot be achieved.

Cleaning

When stopping in the middle of painting and after finishing, please wash all the instruments with water in time.

surface treatment	Remove surface dust, grease and loose plaster from new walls, repair any holes in time and ensure that the walls are clean, dry and level.	Repainting the wall to remove the old wall not solid paint film, remove surface dust chalk and impurities, batch leveling and sanding, clean and thoroughly dry.
surface state	Ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is <10% and the pH value is <10.	The surface of the pre-coated substrate must be firm, dry, clean, flat and free of loose material.

Safety matters

1. Please be sure to read the construction instructions of the product package carefully before use, in order to obtain reliable and satisfactory painting effect;
2. Open all windows and doors as much as possible before starting operation and use to ensure that the construction area has sufficient ventilation;
3. in case of allergic skin, always wear protective gears during use; in case of inadvertent contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water; in case of inadvertent contact with skin and causing persistent pain or irritating sensation, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance;
4. Do not allow children or pets to enter the construction area and keep the product out of their reach; if accidentally contaminated with children, immediately flush with plenty of water and seek medical assistance;
5. Do not pour paint into sewers or drains;
6. dispose of paint waste in accordance with local environmental standards.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool and dry place at 0-40℃.
